This policy explains what personal data Clearqo collects, why, and how it is protected.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, business name, website, and your password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Connection data: your Binance API key and secret (encrypted), Binance Pay ID and deposit addresses.
- Payment data: invoices you create (amounts, order references, optional customer email), and the matching transaction IDs and amounts read from your Binance history.
- Technical data: IP addresses and timestamps of security-relevant actions, used for fraud prevention and the audit log.
2. How we use it
Only to provide the Service: verify payments, show them in your dashboard, send webhooks and emails, charge fees, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Customers of our merchants
When a customer pays a merchant using Clearqo, we process the payment details needed to confirm that payment. The merchant is responsible for their own relationship with their customers and for their own privacy notice.
4. Sharing
We share data only with providers needed to run the Service (hosting and email delivery), with Binance through your own API key when we read your history, and with authorities when legally required.
5. Security
API secrets are encrypted with modern authenticated encryption, API keys are stored as one-way hashes, all traffic uses HTTPS, and access to sensitive actions is logged.
6. Retention
We keep account and payment records while your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed for legal, accounting and security purposes. Disconnected Binance credentials are deleted immediately.
7. Your rights
You can access and update your account data in your dashboard and ask us to export or delete your data by emailing us. Some records may need to be kept for legal reasons.
8. Cookies
We only use essential cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
