Terms of Service

Last updated: October 10, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Clearqo (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you accept these Terms for that business.

1. What the Service does

Clearqo is a non-custodial payment-verification service. Your customers send USDT directly to your own Binance account. Using a read-only API key that you provide, Clearqo reads your Binance payment and deposit history to confirm whether a specific payment arrived, and notifies you through your dashboard, API and webhooks. Clearqo never receives, holds, transfers or converts your funds or your customers’ funds.

2. Your account

3. Your Binance API key

You must only connect a key that belongs to you, with reading permission only and restricted to our server IP address. The Service refuses keys that can withdraw, trade or transfer funds and may disable a key at any time if its permissions change. You may revoke the key in Binance at any time.

4. Fees and prepaid balance

5. Payments, refunds and disputes

Because funds go directly from your customer to you, you are solely responsible for refunds, customer support, delivery of your goods or services and any disputes with your customers. Blockchain and Binance transfers are irreversible; Clearqo cannot cancel, reverse or recover any transfer.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for anything illegal or fraudulent, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, scams, or the sale of illegal goods or services. You must comply with all laws that apply to you and with Binance’s own terms. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it depends on third parties such as Binance and blockchain networks. Confirmations can be delayed or temporarily unavailable. You should not deliver high-value goods without checking your own Binance history when in doubt.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and Clearqo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services, blockchain networks, or your own keys and systems. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you by email or in your dashboard. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

11. Independence from Binance

Clearqo is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Binance.
